2 months agoPart of their yearly membership and checking if all equipment (worth every penny) is functioning properly. Today had Joe in plumbing. VERY professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate. Showed major issue in one water heater. Explained 2-3 fix it scenarios. Got us a quote, discount and scheduled in 2days, for installation for a new one. Also helped on a small other issue, detailed 3 more and preparing a quote. Very well done!! Wanted to add another review, 5 star as well as we had the 'other' Joe(from Boston) came an hour later to spend hours going over our 3 furnaces and A/C units. He too was extremely thorough, professional and very detailed. Both were a true delight to have in our home! Second post; had the installation guys come out, 36 hrs later! Jeff and Vincent, who are just as great as the Joe's above, install went great, cleaned up perfectly, checked all inside. Very professional!! Small issue and they came back out within 24hrs, knew how to correct it and runs perfectly. The entire Nevada Heating and cooling team are the best including the ladies setting all three appointments up! -

2 months agoCody came out to service/repair/assess our furnace. He was very thorough, and provided several options. We opted for a new system. Tony and Adrian came a few days later to install the new furnace. They carefully removed the old one to haul away (thank you!) and were very detailed and efficient in installing the replacement. We have used this company for several plumbing and heating jobs and are always happy with the result. -

2 months agoJoe came out and serviced our water heater as part of our maintenance contract. He drained it, checked it thoroughly and then checked each hot water faucet inside the home. He helped me get set up with the online app on my phone which had not been done before. Joe was very nice, professional and helpful.
