I needed a repair to my old kitchen sink faucet that turned out to need a replacement. Matt fixed the faucet enough to use temporarily and was going to schedule me for a new faucet installment later in the week but then he called the office and got the okay to do the installment that day. He drove from Lemmon Valley to pick up a new faucet and back again at no extra charge. The last plumbing company I used billed me an extra hour for their drive time. DeHart has my business from now on. Matt was very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend him!

Hands down the best plumbers in town. After multiple plumbers charging large amounts and not solving the issue, it was looking like a never ending money pit. But then the Duo of Matt and Javier came and not only found all of the issues, they were able to fixed them same day. DeHart will always be who I recommend to everyone!!!

FAQ

Does DeHart Plumbing, Heating, & Air offer free estimates for HVAC installation or plumbing repairs?

We provide detailed written estimates that outline equipment, labor, and any necessary permits to help you understand the full scope upfront. Pricing is determined based on the specific job requirements, such as system sizing via load calculations and inspections of ductwork or existing components. This approach ensures transparency and avoids unexpected costs during residential or light commercial projects.

Are you licensed and insured for HVAC and plumbing work?

DeHart Plumbing, Heating, & Air holds the required licensing and insurance to perform HVAC installations, plumbing repairs, and related electrical services safely. Our team carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage to protect your property and ours during jobs like AC condenser replacements or water heater installs. Homeowners can request proof of these credentials before we start any work.

Does DeHart Plumbing, Heating, & Air handle mini split installations and air duct services?

We manage residential and light commercial HVAC tasks including mini split systems, AC and furnace split systems, and air duct work for optimal airflow and efficiency. Our installations cover both indoor units like furnaces paired with water heaters and outdoor condensers next to buildings. Proper duct evaluation prevents issues like leaks or restrictions that affect system performance.

What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing HVAC repairs?

We aim to respond quickly, with technicians arriving within hours for urgent calls, such as capacitor replacements that restore cooling immediately. Installation timelines depend on job complexity, permitting if required, and material availability, but we set clear expectations from deposit to final testing. Full systems like rooftop units or large air handlers follow a structured process to minimize disruption.

Does DeHart Plumbing, Heating, & Air clean up after HVAC or plumbing jobs?

We use protective measures like drop cloths and shoe covers during installations of outdoor AC units or indoor furnaces to keep your space clean. All debris from ductwork modifications, old appliance removals, or system replacements gets hauled away completely. Technicians perform a final walkthrough to ensure your home is left neat and operational.

Why is hiring you safer than attempting HVAC maintenance or plumbing repairs as a DIY project?

Professional handling ensures proper refrigerant charging, electrical connections, and static pressure testing, which DIY efforts often overlook and can lead to equipment failure or hazards. We follow manufacturer specs for sizing line sets, insulating ducts, and installing safety switches to code, extending system life and efficiency. This methodical verification process avoids risks like voided warranties or inefficient performance from improper setups.
