I had been without central heat during a holiday week and was unable to connect with the company I had used in the past. Informative about furnace issue , other company visited 4 times charging parts and still didn't fix issue leaving us with no heat on 17 degree nights . This Young man is honest, quick, and trustworthy. Will refer everyone to him in future. -

2 years agoComing home from work on 1-10/11-2024 around 11:30 PM during the big snow storm and got stuck in my car at 5th and tamarack in deep snow at the stop sign. John asked me if I needed help and he towed me to my house on 8th Street and put me in my driveway. Tried to offer money and he did not want it, says that he does it for the silver springs community. What are the odds of someone out at that time of the night and willing to help a stranger. I am greatly appreciative that he pulled me home and made sure that I was safe before he left. I personally have never had that kind of help in the past and that shows me what kind of person that he is. In my opinion he is a good moral person with outstanding dedication to the Silver Springs community. I wish there was more people like John out there in life. Thank you very much for your help and if I need anything ac/ heat related I will most definitely call you. Thank you Kit, the 8th street guy.
