8 months agoAs someone who was shopping around just trying to get some quotes and more information. I was referred to overhead from another garage door company that branched off of overhead. When I called to get a quote through overhead and brought up who I was recommended from overhead had nothing to say but negative things about this person and their company which I don't think was valid or professional in any way shape or form to speak to a potential client about. Unfortunately I had a negative experience with trying to get information from overhead. Due to me mentioning this person my quote price went up a couple thousand dollars. I had a family member call to get the same quote and it was a huge difference all because of one person that you think a company would be proud of for branching off and creating their own company. Very unprofessional and I am very unhappy. -
