11 years agoThe team of two showed up at the expected time and placed protectors on furniture that would come in contact with their cleaning hoses. They started at the far end of the house and worked back to the entry door through which they brought their cleaning tools and hoses. They spot cleaned the stains with a non irritating cleaner and steam cleaned the rug in all open areas making it look much brighter ( and stain free). After cleaning/ rinsing they re-vacuumed the whole area to remove most of the remaining water, facilitating the drying of the carpet. All cleaning tools and furniture protection items were removed promptly. The area cleaned dried quickly on top to touch in 4 hrs and completely down to the base by the following morning. -

14 years agoShe did a good job. She gave me booties to wear on the carpet until the carpet was dry and I thought that was very nice. She even came back afterwards to make sure she had gotten everything out and to see if I was satisfied with her work.
