2 months agoJorge was amazing from the jump. He came with all the samples I could have possibly wanted and even allowed me to keep them to look them over to make sure I liked my choice. There was no rushing from him, any questions I had were answered honestly and I couldn't appreciate that more. We had a terrible cat pee smell in our new house on the stairs and I can happily say that's no longer an issue. He treated the wood not once, not twice, but three times in certain spots that looked worse than others. He really went out of his way to make sure that smell would be gone for good. He also took it upon himself to fix my closet track that was broken by replacing it! I thought that was really kind of him.They really care about the work they do, Jorge laid out a sheet for him and his workers to walk on through the house so they didn't leave any marks in the halls and they finished all three rooms plus our staircase in no time. Thank you Jorge for your hard work and dedication to the craft. We couldn't be happier with our experience and our home! I will 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of getting their floors done. -
