1 month agoGreat company, great customer service both on the phone and in person, Adrian was awesome, he came out to my house early in the week, he was professional, great personality, knew exactly what the problem was, had to order parts, due to my garage door opener being so old, said would take a couple of days. As promised, Adrian returned when he said, my garage door works fantastic. Its obvious that Adrian loves his job and customers. I highly recommend Cactus Garage door!!! Thank you Adrian for repairing my garage door!!! -

2 months agoTruly amazing service. From the girls in the office to the guys installing the door!!!! Someone had run into my garage door, an old flip up style making it impossible to open. I had to go through my insurance and they recommended them. Naturally I am hesitant when an insurance agent suggests anyone because of the old adage of kickbacks and whatnot, but everything went smoothly and well beyond expectations. If you need ANY garage door repairs do not look any further, service, compassion and understanding is a rare thing with most businesses. You will get all three -

2 months agoDuring a previous visit to our home, Tony noticed there was an issue that we needed to keep our eyes on. The piece of wood where both the door spring and the garage door opener were anchored was beginning to split. Well, last week is when my wife and I decided we waited long enough. When I called to schedule the appointment, the office mentioned they saw Tony's note on the previous work order. So when Tony arrived for the job, he even brought his own piece of wood! After he installed the piece of wood, he detached - and eventually reattached - both the door spring and the garage door opener. He worked confidently and with great skill. My wife and I were very impressed. Of course, when the job was completed, he finished up by servicing each of the rollers. Cactus Garage Door is fortunate to have a worker like Tony. I'd like to mention that one thing I appreciate about Cactus Garage Door is they do not engage in trying to sell you additional products and services. -
