1 year agoNot the same experience as others. Set up an appointment to perform a periodic maintenance check of garage door / operator. Two-person crew arrived & I opened garage door. Started by lubing springs / rollers & I went back inside. A few minutes later a heard a knock on the door & lead worker said they were done. Including the two minutes it took me to write the check, from the time they arrived to leaving was less than ten minutes. No matter how knowledgeable / efficient, find it hard to believe all rollers, fasteners, safety settings, etc. could have been fully checked over that quickly. At $75, works out to about $550 an hour. -
