5 months agoTerrible customer service. Guy with short hair is cocky and has no people skills. Then tried to make it seem like you gotta pay the hundred 1st before anything, which I get policy are policy but it's not what you say It's the demeanor and how you say it and his demeanor sucks. Gotta do better!! Also HE FIRST THOUGHT THAT I WAS TENANT NOT A HOMEOWNER.. because he spoke with my husband not me.. maybe if you had better people skills, you would kinda see what was going on instead of being cocky.. -
