11 years agoThey were great. We have used them in the past and have always been extremely happy with their prices and work. One of the springs broke that helps lift the door early on a Saturday morning. I called them at 5:30 am to leave a message that I would need their service. Within two minutes the owner texted me that I would be on the schedule for that day and they would let me know when they would be out. He called me at 10:00am and let me know the technician would be out within the hour. He showed up very soon and it was fixed before 11:00 am. They have a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. -

12 years agoAn appointment was set for the estimate. I had arranged for a friend to be present to open the garage. Pioneer called one half hour ahead of the appointment time and said the man was on the way. I called my friend to get over there earlier. Minutes later the man called and said that he was not going to wait around. He was 25 minutes earlier than he was supposed to be there! My friend was just down the block from there on the way over. I told him that. He said he was not going to wait. He became extreme rude. He said he was not working for me, he was working for the insurance company! That is ironic because I was the one who recommended him to the insurance company. -

13 years agoContacted Costco via online to order an overhead door estimated. Amarr Doors have a good reputation. Costco through Amarr notified Pioneer Door to do my estimate. I did not know it was not Amarr itself as the estimate was on Amarr letterhead. Salesman Ron promised speedy delivery and convince me to purchase more to qualify for a cash card program. I bought in (second mistake). First mistake was not dismissing the sales person on the spot for the upsell.
