5 months agoWish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional and shady business owner. Complained how far he had to drive when he had the address & could have looked it up. Making me feel guilty he had to drive to my side of town. He spent less than 10 mins to diagnose our appliance issue & left with no response. -

1 year agoDo not use. Don't say I didn't warn you. Not even sure where to start. I went through my home insurance plan for my refrigerator issue. They sent Medina. They were no-shows TWICE. When I called they claimed they'd tried calling both me and my tenant, which was a lie. Neither of us had ANY missed calls. The 3rd time they actually showed up. After sending their quote to in insurance it didn't make any sense the way the pricing was. So Liberty had to try to reach them to confirm. That was A WEEK ago. And still no work back from Medina. So, use these people at your own risk. They're very unprofessional. They will LIE to you to cover their own butts. And you'll have wasted money. Call someone more reputable. They also have my $80 service fee I paid, doubtful I'll ever see that again. I ended up going with someone else, and it was fixed in 2 days. (For less cost) -

1 year agoDisgusting company stay far far away, they will come to your house do half the job then ask you to pay extra for some ridiculous claim and it will be a never ending cycle once they got you! I am now paying extra for a different company to fix what they messed up in my house! -

BESIDES THE FACT THAT THE LADY RUNNING THE CALLS NEVER ANSWERS AND WHEN SHE DOES SHE HAS KIDS SCREAMING IN THE BACKGROUND OR SHE'S RUNNING ERRANDS I UNDERSTAND IT'S A SELF-EMPLOYED COMPANY BUT DEFINITELY CAN BE MORE PROFESSIONAL. THE TECHNICIAN HIMSELF WAS OKAY BUT THE LADY RUNNING THE OFFICE WAS THE WORST BESIDES HER ATTITUDE AND BEING NOT HELPFUL AT ALL I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DEALING WITH HER WAS WORSE THAN DEALING WITH THE ISSUE I HAD ON MY PROPERTY -
