8 months agoCall them first please! They care and they back it up with action. Called the bigger companies and they kept telling me to replace the unit for $15k. Rolando went above and beyond and needs a raise. His team fixed my AC and did other repairs for a few hundred dollars. Very Thankful! -

8 months agoI hired this AC company last year when I wanted to replace my old unit. The owner convinced me not to change it, saying they could fix it and give me a warranty. He blamed other companies for just trying to sell new units and made it sound like I was getting a better deal. They charged me a big bill for the repair, but now-less than a year later-I'm having issues again. When I called them, they said it's a "different issue" and not covered under their warranty, and then sent me another huge estimate! It feels like a scam-they want to keep charging you every year for something that should've been handled properly the first time. I no longer trust this company. They are unreliable and not honest about their service or warranty. Please be careful-hire a reputable company instead. I'm planning to file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) and the Better Business Bureau. -

9 months agoI am extremely unsatisfied with this company, my a/c unit is not working after just one year of new compressor & technician came out to check today and told us himself the company didn't put the right compressor and suddenly left! Didn't tell us what to do next, what they can do just left. Spoke to owner himself and he was no help now wanting to charge us 10500 to fix our unit. House is currently 96 degrees & we have 5 kids & they did nothing to try and help us. Do not recommend!!!! -

9 months agoScammers.. the installed a compressor of 42btu and my system calls for 50btu.. but okay cool I called them because my unit had 1 yr warranty, 9 months in and they don't want to repair their brazing where it leaked from. Don't do business with this guys.. the tech came and left without saying anything. I left waiting for him thinking he was still here.. bad business don't come here.. it's scary times -
