4 weeks agoThere were two visits to the house. The first warranted a 5 the second a 0. Original technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He needed a part that was far away and a hurricane was on the way, so he could not repair the unit until the next day. A second set of technicians arrived the next day and started to disassemble the wrong unit and install a new fan motor. How hard is it to ask which unit to fix. They finally installed the fan motor on the broken unit, but the workmanship was poor. I thought very highly of the first technician, but the other two need to go back to trade school. -
