1 year agoOne company wanted me to wait 10 days to come look. Instant Air made me wait 4 hours!!! I couldn't duplicate the issue I was having so they did fix a capacitor that was going bad. A week later my issue happened again. I did don't touch the unit and called. Richard was out in less than 2 hours and figured it out and ordered the part! Great and knowledgeable service! Part wasn't available but came in the next day and was immediately done! Wish they fixed homes and trucks! This is how customers should be treated! Pricing was great value too!
