1 year agoChoice home warranty denied my claim to repair my AC. We had been dealing without AC since July 7th, 2024. Because of some lazy worker at another AC company, who claimed nothing is wrong with my AC when it's 88 degrees inside the house. It took 2 more week and entering different # for the warranty company to call me back to request a different AC company. Finally got different AC company, but choice home warranty denied my claim again ! Because it's not due to wear and tear! On July 25, 2024 i finally called expert Air heating and cooling company. And again choice home Warranty denied my claim because I didn't get permission from them, to call another AC company. When I told Phil the problems .. . him and his crew got my AC working that MondayJuly 29th and did not charge me an arm and leg! What a true blessing Phil and his crew. Good people, trustworthy, and expert at what they do. I highly recommend Expert Air heating and cooling to anyone who has to deal with warranty company. -

2 years agoWorst company I have ever done business with. My unit is just over a year old and my house reaches 90°+ but the first time the owner Phil came out he tells me it's working but it's just hot outside. This was even still after stating my house was 95°. The next time he came out I received no phone call in advance so nobody was home and never even got a phone call stating anything after they left so I had to call and check and they again said it's fine. I can not get them to fix whatever is wrong and I have a 2 year old son, pregnant wife and 2 huskies yet the only answer I get is that it's hot outside. This company should be reported and shut down completely. -

3 years agoWe just had to leave a review for your guys serviceman Bronson! He was absolutely amazing! He met my husband at our new rental that was having ac problems. He was very helpful and answered all his questions! He was extremely fast yet thorough! He was very professional. He seriously saved us trying to move in, in 96 degrees weather was brutal. If you have ac problems you have to request Bronson we highly recommend him!
