1 year agoMy husband and I randomly saw Dakine's truck on the road in the southwest area, and being from Hawaii I was like 'we should support local' haha. I scanned their QR code that was on their van so my husband could set up an appointment. We've needed to get our AC unit maintenance since moving into our home in 2021! It was time. The scheduling process was quick and easy, unlike the experiences we've had trying to get a hold of home warranty and other hvac companies - which was discouraging and led us to delay the whole process. Today was our appointment date and while I was out of town, my husband updated me on everything. Like I knew that annoying sound coming from the unit outside wasn't normal! LOL Ryan was able to fix that, replace our capacitors, replace the filters and more in such a professional, timely, and effective manner. We're just so happy that our AC is ready for the summer! The vegas heat is a different animal and it seems like it gets worse every year. I always have anxiety thinking about what would happen if our AC broke down during the summer. We're lucky it hasn't after years of negligence. We are definitely calling Dakine for routine HVAC maintenance from here on out, please give them a try, you won't regret it! Better to be safe than sweating balls in your home in 110+ degree weather esp if you have pets or children! -
