What really stood out was their responsiveness and customer service. Earlier in the week, I contacted the owner to ask if they also offered landscaping services, and they immediately responded and assured me they could take care of that as well. It's great working with a company that is so quick to communicate and willing to help with additional needs. They were also very respectful of our home and listened to our small requests, like wearing shoe covers while inside the house. That level of attention to detail and professionalism made a big difference. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and responsive home cleaning! -

3 months agoAfter a cleaning appointment, I noticed that my engagement ring and designer jewelry were missing from my jewelry box. While I have security cameras throughout my home, there are no cameras in the master bedroom where the jewelry was kept, so there was no physical evidence to support an insurance claim and it was ultimately not covered. A police report was filed. The situation was extremely upsetting, especially because my engagement ring has significant sentimental value. I do want to acknowledge that the owner was prompt, professional, and responsive when I raised my concerns, and I appreciated the communication and professionalism shown throughout the process. I am simply sharing my personal experience. Unfortunately, despite the owner's professionalism, the situation left me uncomfortable and unable to continue using the service. -
