3 years agoI would not recommend, neither would I advise anyone to use this company! The tech came in and immediately wanted to charge almost $300 before he looked at all of the areas that I wanted serviced. He demonstrated the difference which basically was the same service, just a different chemical I assume. His demonstration showed no difference. U was so upset at called the office, the representative offered a discount. After thought I called another carpet company while the tech was there. I needed the carpet down that day so I told the tech to proceed with the initial price. the tech did three rooms, the hall, and ti stair levels in less than 20 minutes. It would have taken me longer to vacuum than it took him to clean the carpet! If you do not go with the higher price, you will not receive any type of service. i plan on reporting this company to the better business bureau. Please do not waste your time or your money! Take it from someone who learned the hard way! The discount is not worth the ripoff! This company does not deserve the one star! -

3 years agoI called and spoke to Ofelia. She stated she was the business owner. I said her tech did not clean my sofas and that I wanted a receipt. She was extremely rude. She said it takes several days for the sofa to dry clean. I explained that I can flick the dirt spots and it. There was still dog hair and there is no way it was cleaned she said it was my problem and refused to give me a receipt or take the pictures showing the sofa was still extremely dirty. I also offered the RING door app to show the guy leaving with the receipt. She hung up on me and refused to answer again after that. My sofas were never cleaned. -
