They also sent out a tech same day to ensure the pool pump and equipment was working properly when the yard flooded helping to isolate the cause of the flooding, which was not the pool equipment but the irrigation system. If you need a trustworthy pool company that actually cares about their work, this is the one! -

3 months agoWe've been using Priority Pools for close to a year and have been very satisfied with the service. Their communication is great and reasonably priced. The techs are efficient yet don't rush to get out. Every week we get a report emailed as to what was added to the pool. Our pool always looks sparkling clean. Highly recommend their pool cleaning service. -

3 months agoI recently signed up for weekly pool maintenance. Before they start a tech comes out to inspect equipment to make sure everything is in good working condition. They found a few things, which I knew about and they handled it within a few days. The weekly service is very thorough. It's cleaning out the debris, baskets and check chemicals. I receive an email report with photos & everything that was done & added to the pool. There's been someone different to do the service but expect a regular person will come in the future.There service department is quick to schedule and always friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Priority Pool Service -

My weekly service has been handled by a couple of technicians, and I would like to specifically commend Jeremy, who is currently assigned to my account. Jeremy consistently demonstrates a high level of detail in his work, maintains a professional and friendly demeanor, and is clearly committed to ensuring my pool is in excellent condition. His efforts are very much appreciated. On a recent occasion, I was concerned that his service schedule might be interrupted. I was pleased to see him return the following week, which was a relief.
