6 months agoI've worked with Cruz for the better part of 5 years. He's always been a bit spotty on arriving precisely on the date he sets, but he is usually dependable to complete the work . . . eventually. Unfortunately, something happened this year and it has resulted in Cruz effectively stealing money from me. He indicated I needed a new pool cover and other equipment for my pool. In the past, I've paid a significant deposit and it has not been a problem (parts were typically installed in a couple of days of the deposit unless the parts were on backorder). This summer, he took a deposit for the pool cover and equipment and has yet to install the equipment. Offering up excuses or basically refusing to return my text messages. At this point, with winter approaching, I've run out of options and will be turning this matter over to the police. I would not recommend doing business with Happy Pools. -

11 months agoDon't bother with these guys. I had an appointment and they were a no show, with no call. When I contacted them, they claimed they were "running behind" from a previous day's job. Really? for a 9am appointment? Waited over a week for an appointment, and they ghost me. -

1 year agoVery professional company. We needed pump replacement in the indoor large jacuzzi and it's not easy to find anybody to work on this. It was easy to make appointment with Happy Pools and John came 2 days later and assessed the problem. He is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They ordered the pump and came back 3 days later and fixed the issue. I also appreciate that they were always on time. -

FAQ
How does HappyPools LLC Pool management determine pricing for pool maintenance and cleaning services?
We provide custom quotes based on your pool's size, current condition, and the specific services you need. Pricing factors include the frequency of maintenance visits, whether you need seasonal opening or closing, chemical balancing, or deep cleaning. We're happy to discuss your pool setup and provide a transparent estimate before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
Are you licensed and insured to perform pool work?
HappyPools LLC Pool management operates as a licensed pool service contractor in North Las Vegas, NV. We carry insurance coverage to protect both our team and your property during all maintenance and repair work. This ensures you're working with a professional operation that meets local regulatory standards and protects you in case of any unexpected issues.
Does HappyPools LLC Pool management handle both routine maintenance and seasonal pool opening and closing?
Yes, we handle the full range of pool care services. Our routine maintenance includes weekly or monthly visits for chemical testing and balancing, skimming, vacuuming, and equipment checks. We also specialize in seasonal services like pool opening in spring and closing in fall, which involve equipment inspection, winterization, and proper water treatment to protect your pool year-round.
What should I expect regarding arrival times and scheduling when you service my pool?
HappyPools LLC Pool management works with you to schedule visits that fit your routine, whether that's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. We aim to provide reliable scheduling and communicate clearly about arrival windows. If you need seasonal work like pool closing or opening, we coordinate timing to ensure your pool is ready before or after the season transitions.
How does HappyPools LLC Pool management handle debris and waste after cleaning my pool?
We remove skimmed debris and clean out filter baskets as part of our standard service. When we perform deeper cleaning or drain services, we handle the removal and disposal of waste materials responsibly. Your pool area is left clean and ready to use, with all equipment properly reassembled and functioning.
Why is professional pool maintenance better than trying to maintain my pool myself?
Professional maintenance ensures your water chemistry stays balanced, which protects both your health and your equipment from damage. We have the expertise to catch equipment issues early, perform proper chemical testing with the right tools, and know local water conditions specific to the Las Vegas area. While routine maintenance takes about 25 minutes weekly, improper chemical handling or missed problems can lead to costly repairs or unsafe water conditions that DIY approaches often miss.
