3 weeks agoJust wanted to follow up on our service. We released final payment, however there are still pending items for the project to be completed (we contracted January 2022). I wouldn't have released the funds, but Lyon Financial obviously has Green Care's interest and not the person on the loan because they hounded me sometimes daily for payment because the builder kept asking for it). The pool was supposed to be done in Jun/Jul 2022 timeframe. We contracted for several things in addition to the pool and spa itself, to include water sheers, extra pump, landscaping, plants, and irrigation. Around end of July/early August, we reached out specifically because the pool was getting ready to have water put in and the sheers were not installed, nor the plants and irrigation (things we can see with our eyes that needed to be done). When we inquired, they realized they overlooked key parts of our contract and said they would get to it as soon as possible. By November, we had to have our freshly installed landscaping ripped up as well as part of the bricks for the pool in order for them to install the sheers. 23DEC, my husband stopped one of the reps that were in the area because we had left several messages with Becky to have someone contact us but to no avail. Throughout the entire process, we've tried to reach out and get updates but we're always told someone would contact us and rarely did. I even reached out to the the director of operations, Steve to get this project completed. I was assured that Steve was the person to get things going. Alas, that is not the case. I tried to get the owner's information but they were very protective of it and would not give it to me. We inquired why our sheers cut off when we turned on the spouts in the sun shelf and asked how to turn on the sprinklers for the plants. (Come to find out, sprinklers were not connected and the second pump never installed.) That supervisor spoke with Becky and she originally stated that we did not have an extra pump listed in our contract but upon further investigation, she realized we did and it was not installed yet another contracted item overlooked. Also, the sprinkler system for the plants were not connected to our current sprinkler system and there is still one sprinkler that was damaged in the front yard and waters the sidewalk in our front lawn from when the construction crew was here spring/fall of 2022. We have requested that someone schedule an appointment to physically walk through with us how to operate the equipment (once everything is installed) as we had requested before because items that are in the contract keep getting overlooked. First, it was the sheers, plants, and irrigation. This time it was the additional pump and actually connecting the irrigation. The project is still not completed. Update: They connected the irrigation finally. However it is now almost March and our pool contracted items are still not completed (14mos). We are still missing the second pump. If you want to be left in the dark the entire process, told things would be done and not, and have to follow up with the work completed to make sure they completed the work, this is the company to use. -

2 months agoI wish I had a positive outcome to share, but unfortunately, I don't. Overall, I'm excited to have completed the project and to have a pool for the summer, but GreenCare has serious communication issues they need to address with their customers. A few things to note: First, be prepared to manage your own punch list and stay on top of it. We still haven't received the light control for our pool, which was finalized last August. Second, I would not recommend using them for any landscaping needs; they don't install weed block, which can be a major problem in the desert Southwest. And finally, document everything and keep a paper trail via email. As I mentioned earlier, communication is terrible, and customer service is poor. Overall, workmanship is good but below expectations for what you pay. One last thing to know: be prepared for them to show up in your backyard unannounced. I wouldn't recommend letting your kids or dogs play in the backyard unless the gates are locked. Many mornings, I came out in my bathrobe with my coffee to find workers in the backyard without warning. Check out other customers reviews on Yelp. -

2 months agoGreencare.Net has turned our backyard, which was filled with 10 years of totally neglected care that gave rise to unsightly growth with weeds and overgrown vegetation, into a place of beauty and aesthetic appeal. Greencare.Net was like a well-oiled machine that had its crews perform their individual tasks in perfect order and sequence with excellent supervision, timeliness, and workmanship. In those few instances where workmanship was slightly below the high standards of Greencare.Net, the supervisor in charge made sure that the appropriate crew corrected the problem in a time frame that was immediate and expedient. The landscaping crew in particular went above and beyond their job description and helped me with a task that was not required of Greencare.Net. Every crew, without exception, paid incredible attention to every detail of their tasks so that at the end of a given crew's task, the job was done with perfection and excellence. And with the completion of each crew's tasks, thorough cleanup was done with the same work ethic as was exemplified in their respective jobs. This is not to say there were no problems or disagreements. But those few problems or disagreements were handled with thoughtfulness and professionalism that were resolved in a fair manner in record time. Our sincere thanks and thorough appreciation goes out to Brandon, Juan, Carlos and their crews for their outstanding capabilities. It has been more than a pleasure working with each of them and I have no doubt that Greencare.Net will flourish in the years to come because Greencare.Net delivers a high quality product at a reasonable price with great efficiency and genuine care. The performances of Brandon, Juan, and Carlos are in keeping with the highest standards of business and workmanship, and reflect great credit upon themselves, their crews, and Greencare.Net. -

4 months agoAs someone with a professional background in architecture and construction management, I hold high expectations when it comes to communication, planning, and execution. Our recent pool and spa construction with GreenCare has exceeded those expectations from start to finish. We approached the project with a clear design vision-crisp, modern lines, integrated raised spa, and clean hardscape detailing-and GreenCare brought it to life with remarkable precision. I remained very hands-on throughout the process, and at every stage, their team was responsive, respectful of our ideas, and willing to explain the "why" behind construction phasing, inspections, and material choices. It's important for homeowners to understand that pool construction is a complex, multi-trade effort. There are many moving parts-concrete, plumbing, electrical, inspections, finishes-and these are naturally affected by weather, scheduling between subcontractors, and permitting timelines. GreenCare never over-promised or cut corners. Instead, they stayed communicative, patient, and flexible-ensuring quality wasn't sacrificed for speed. The end result is absolutely stunning, and we're 100% satisfied. This was a major investment for our family, and GreenCare made it feel secure from both a financial and technical standpoint. We appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and follow-through-right down to the last finishing detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build not just a pool, but a long-lasting relationship with a company that truly takes pride in their work. I would like to thank Tim, Jeremy, Becky, and the rest of the team for this project.

FAQ
How does Greencare.net POOL Builder determine pricing for custom pool construction?
We determine pricing based on your specific design, site conditions, materials selected, and any custom features like spas or water elements. Custom quotes are provided after an initial consultation where we review your backyard space and vision. This ensures the final cost reflects a durable build suited to Las Vegas climate and your needs.
Do you offer free estimates for pool projects?
Greencare.net POOL Builder provides free in-home consultations to discuss your project and deliver a detailed custom quote. During this visit, we assess your yard and collaborate on a design that matches your lifestyle. This no-cost step helps you understand the full scope before committing.
Are you licensed and insured for pool construction in Las Vegas?
We hold all necessary licenses and insurance required for pool contracting and masonry work in Las Vegas. Our team follows local building codes and permit processes to ensure compliance throughout every project. Homeowners can verify our credentials through the Nevada state licensing board for added confidence.
What is the typical timeline for a custom pool build with Greencare.net POOL Builder?
Our custom pool projects generally take 8 to 12 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on complexity and permit processing. The process includes planning, permits, excavation, steel and plumbing installation, concrete pouring, and finishing with tile and pavers. We keep you informed at each stage to manage expectations and address any delays promptly.
Does Greencare.net POOL Builder handle cleanup and debris removal after pool construction?
We manage all excavation waste and construction debris by hauling it away daily to minimize disruption to your property. Upon project completion, our crew leaves your backyard clean, with pavers, turf, and landscaping elements neatly installed around the pool. This includes a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your standards before handover.
Why is hiring you better than attempting a DIY pool build?
Professional pool construction involves precise engineering, permits, and structural reinforcements that DIY efforts often overlook, risking safety and code violations in Las Vegas. Our process ensures proper concrete curing, electrical wiring, and plumbing for long-term durability against local weather extremes. Homeowners avoid costly mistakes by relying on our experience in turning neglected yards into functional retreats.
