4 months agoAloha Pool Cleaning LLC always do the maintenance cleaning conscientiously. They look beyond the cleaning aspect. Recent example: pointed out that the auto-refill valve of our 7-year old pool is malfunctioning. They replaced it on same day at a very reasonable cost. -

1 year agoI rarely write reviews but this is an exception. Gabr showed up to my home a few weeks ago offering to clean my pool for FREE. I was a bit hesitant since I already had a pool company coming by to clean weekly. But I said why not, we just had a windy day and the pool was a bit dirty. The only down side was he asked me to do an honest review of his services on Google (which I forgot to do that day) LOL mind you I don't ever do reviews. He also asked if he would be able to record footage of him cleaning my pool and testing my water for his YouTube to which I agreed to let him do... after about 30 minutes he knocked on my door and said he was all finished. He did take a little longer than my normal pool guy, but he did a great job! He brushed, vacuumed, tested my water, and even did an inspection of my equipment! He did bring to my attention that some of my levels of my pool were off. He said he didn't want to add any chemicals due to any liabilities I might have with my current pool company but left me with a few notes to bring to my pool cleaners attention. He also recommended I get my filters cleaned as I told him I don't think it's been done for over 6 months. Gabe was very thorough with the job and has won me over in my book! I hope his content creation on YouTube takes off and he can continue to offer free cleanings! HAHA. Just kidding. Today, I had scheduled him to clean my filters. They were FILTHY!! He was in and out in just about an hour and was reasonably priced. He texted me when he would come, and when he was here. I like the fact that he was very communicative throughout the whole process. Once my contract is up with my current pool cleaners, I'm calling ALOHA POOL CLEANING!!
