Once he diagnosed the problem and described plan of treatment, I was able to relax. Daniel immediately searched for replacement materials and committed to fixing the next day. 5 years agoDaniel was very responsive from the start and called, and we immediately set an appointment to check all the work needed to be done. He reviewed what was required so he had all material and hardware needed to complete the job. He's very professional and did a thorough check of all the areas. He answers his calls and texts and responds when he can which is usually within a few minutes or couple hours. And if some happens where he has to change his schedule, he lets you know right away. Both parties do the best to adjust to changes and it works out great. I highly recommend Ultimate Electric! -
