1 year agoI made an appointment to have an air conditioner assess and looked at.They told me 1 o'clock in a house that had no air conditioner at 2 o'clock.I called to find out where the service tech was and they forgot to call and tell me that he would not be out there for an additional three hours. After taking my 3-year-old grandchild out of a 100 plus degree house so that she could cool down as well. They sent a service tech over 45 minutes later. Then when I asked for a copy of the bid in order to send it to the person who will pay the bill, Who also asked me to get the bid, He told me he had to talk to a supervisor. I explained when I set the appointment that I am a disabled veteran and I have not had an air conditioner for a week. And this is the service I received. -
