2 months agoThe paragraph below was my first review. This is my update. I'm downgrading my review because I called back with part of my repair that still needs work. Spa still drains when pump isn't running. Initial work order had spa draining as part of the job. There are two check valves that could have been the cause. Rob fixed one and thought that was probably the issue. The spa still drains. So when I called back I was told it'd be a new work order and charge for parts and labor even though that's what was to be fixed in the first place. Should have just had him fix them both rather than assume he found the faulty one. Not calling them back, I'll just do it myself. Rob with Purpose Pools was great. Experienced, professional and quick at what he had to do. Rob has 32 years of experience, so he knew what we needed. Didn't seem to up sell anything we didn't need, very honest. -

3 months agoCalled Purpose Pools had my pool light go out and needed it fixed ASAP!!! Rod and Johnathan came out super friendly and very polite . That both answered all my questions. What I enjoyed most from Rod And Johnathan, they engaged in conversation with me and just life and stuff. This is my second pool light installation. The other company that came out , no personality whatsoever!!! Rod and Johnathan were way personable!! The did an awesome job installing the pool light too !!! Highly recommended Purpose Pools!!
