1 year agoI went on vacation and came back to no A/C. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. I started calling everybody on a holiday day and no one would answer. Finally I came to Blue Jay Plumbing. Mark answered and was super friendly. He said he could come out the same day. I was very impressed. We worked on it together for 6 hours to realize the compressor was clogged. Mark gave all my options and was very clear. I decided that my best option was to replace the whole unit because I was using the R-22 freon that is no longer made and is very costly to replace. Mark waived the additional fee for the extra time he spent with me on the holiday because I wanted to replace the unit. Mark got me great pricing the next day and I accepted the quote. The following day Mark came out with all the materials and installed everything by 4pm. I am so grateful for the high quality of customer service and best products he provided. After reviewing cost from what other have paid recently Blue Jay Plumbing was over 20٪ cheaper than other plumbers but provided the highest quality! Thank you so much for all your help! I highly recommend this contractor! -

1 year agoCustomer service is excellent. I called multiple places to have my elderly mothers heater fixed. No appointments, no "let me see what I can do"...I called blue Jay and he called me right back. He said he would come the next morning. Had it fixed in less than an hour..then called n sent me an invoice..the price was a little high than some but well worth it. The quality of service was well worth the price! I will remain loyal & make sure he is highly reccomended. -
