1 year agoMy carpet was overdue for cleaning anyway. But I had a leak in my shower and to have room to work they had to remove my toilet. Well, someone stepped in the wax ring and tracked the wax through the house. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, but before doing that I decided to see if it could be cleaned. I was very impressed with the knowledge of Yao Norbert. He examined the carpet and told me how he would remove the wax & other stains. I've never had a carpet cleaner who was this professional. He used 3 different machines and I could tell he really cared about doing a good job. The 18 year old carpet looks almost new now. I will definitely be calling him for carpet cleaning from now on, and would highly recommend him for this service. -

1 year agoNorbert came the very same day I called. I was desperate to get the sectional cleaned and the carpets. He was excellent at communicating, came right on time and was able to use our sink as a water source. I had called a different company and they refused us because it was an apartment without an outside hose hook up. Norbert not only had everything he needed to get the job done but he had a better price too! He worked incredibly hard making our sectional couch look brand new. It was Magnificent!! The carpets looked and smelled incredible. What a friendly kind professional. Choose Magnificent Every time! -

1 year agoI was visiting my mom in Carson City and she had scheduled a carpet cleaning with Magnificent Carpet Care while I was there. I was thoroughly impressed by Norbert, who was not only kind and gracious to my 90 year old mother, but made the carpet look brand new! He was able to remove all of the pet stains and the grime from the high traffic areas. He also cleans my sister's carpets and has done a fantastic job for her as well. We highly recommend him! And don't be afraid to practice your French with him -
