9 months agoMy carpet was overdue for cleaning anyway. But I had a leak in my shower and to have room to work they had to remove my toilet. Well, someone stepped in the wax ring and tracked the wax through the house. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, but before doing that I decided to see if it could be cleaned. I was very impressed with the knowledge of Yao Norbert. He examined the carpet and told me how he would remove the wax & other stains. I've never had a carpet cleaner who was this professional. He used 3 different machines and I could tell he really cared about doing a good job. The 18 year old carpet looks almost new now. I will definitely be calling him for carpet cleaning from now on, and would highly recommend him for this service. -

Carpeted rooms were all refreshed and more amazing was the tiles with dark dirt laden grout came out like new - was totally impressed!
