5 months agoI recently purchased a property that has beautiful mature trees but they were in desperate need of proper care. Mike was very courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable, not to mention..a certified arborist. This guy knows his stuff and can explain the how and why for any recommendations or concerns. His crew was polite, professional, and treated my property as if it were their own. From first call to job completion, it was record time. Communication is excellent and job proposal was professional. My property looks great and you can't even tell they were here (aside from a job well done)! These guys get a solid 11/10 and I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to others. -

5 months agoAt our rental they cleaned all old storm damaged limbs. All workers kept at it all day. Our home 3 major area over roof, all limbs removed; by road top of tree damage from storm everything removed. And my newest little tree on south side of house, the tree branches I counted 7 from the big tree to the west that was blocking the sun and having little tree growing up better now that it doesn't have limbs above it blocking the sun and having. -

6 months agoI called and set up an appointment to get an estimate for tree removal for 9/16. I never received a call for a set time, but waited all day for a call or someone to show up. I have texted him a couple times, and left a voice mail. Seemed very nice and professional on the phone. I had a friend call from her phone and he returned her call in minutes. Not sure what I did. The only thing I expressed concern about was a bee hive in one of the trees and he explained different options for addressing this. I just wanted to know why I have been ghosted by Mike and he wasn't professional enough to give me an explanation. I am sure his work is good, but if you don't want to do a job for someone please let them know. -
