3 months agoScott was awesome. I hope this did the trick. Only issue, the woman that answered my telephone call yesterday was rude. I asked if I could wait to pay my bill after all services were completed, which was today, so one day. She brought up collections and do not think that is appropriate. -

3 months agoScott Sheehan was the technicians he was EXCELLENT. Very responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. I receiver a bid for the clean out and insulation project from you. I would have been happy to work with you but as per instructions from my insurance carrier I got 3 other bids and all were in the 12K to 13K range which was approximately 4.5K less than yours. Hence I had no choice but to take one of the lesser bids. But you certainly have a 5 star rating from me. My thanks to Scott!! -
