4 months agoI experienced a problem with my fences double gate after the initial installation and contacted the American Fence Office in Omaha. American Fence subsequently contacted me set up an appointment at my requested time of day for their employees to initially evaluate the situation and fabricate the portion of the double gate area to remediate the situation. American Fence then install the replacement parts and discounted the refabricated double gate area and labor to do so. The experience was, in my opinion far above what I had anticipated, and I appreciate the time and effort to address the issue I brought to the attention of American Fence. -
