2 months agoPaul, who owns the garage door company, went completely above and beyond - "over the top" would honestly be an understatement. I reached out on a Saturday, and even though Paul was spending time with his family, he still took the time to respond and communicate with me. Not only that, but he scheduled me first thing Sunday morning. The level of service was absolutely impeccable. What stood out most was the communication. Paul kept me informed every step of the way. The technology he uses makes the process very smooth and transparent, and you always know what's happening. If you need any service related to your garage door or opener, I would recommend calling Paul first. The professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service were outstanding. Highly recommend. I wish Google could do six stars. -

2 months agoThe website was very easy to use to schedule an appointment time that worked with my schedule. I received a text reminder that they were coming. Paul came when he said he would, quickly assessed my garage door situation, and gave me options for repair. He made the necessary repairs and educated me on proper maintenance so my garage door can work as long as possible. The price was well worth the time, repair, and customer service. Highly recommend Over the Top Garage Service.
