2 months agoA/C stop work last night (hottest day of year 95)Called McCarthy at 7am they had Jack Drakulich out by 10am took about 40 min of investigation then he found the wire the mouse chewed. 2 months agoIf I could give ten stars I would. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind. Customer service is a rare commodity these days. However these folks nailed it. My furnace had to be replaced. It was like 35 years old and parts that were needed to repair was obsolete. They all work so well together as a team. I appreciate all of you so very much.
