1 year agoKC Mechanical Service was amazing!!! They were able to get me on the schedule within a week and replaced my A/C and Furnace in a day! Not only did they work with me and my insurance but they were able to upgrade both units for a fair and reasonable price! Mike and Rich were very professional and made sure everything looked ascetically pleasing. Can't wait to start saving $ on the higher efficiency A/C and furnace!!! 5 years agoAfter a long day dealing with a family emergency I came home to an A/C that wasn't cooling. Even though it was after hours, one call to KCM was all it took for Kyle (The owner) to personally come to my home, quickly diagnose the problem and get my A/C working again. Instead of trying to sell me a protection plan or service contact, he showed me a simple way that I could prevent this problem in the future. I was floored by his level of professionalism and customer care, and I'll never be calling another service company again. -
