2 months agoTechnician Reece went above and beyond repairing the furnace in my garage. It is a wood shop for my hobby and has thousands of dollars of dried wood in storage. Repair work was done same day. Because of employees like Reece I will continue to tell every one I know or meet in life that Ideal Heating & Air is the Number 1 Company to call for all your heating and air-conditioning needs !!! Your repair man Reece is a compassionate and understanding employee. At 70 years old, retired and disabled still trying to do things for myself, but understanding that with my disabilities I can't Do everything and Reese sees this and understands this this is why he is such an important employee for this company. 6 months agoThis is an excellent local company that I will support and will tell others about. Stephen-my sales guy was awesome through the whole process. He explained everything and differences between heat pump and ac and when they are worth it. The others did not. He helped me make an informed decision and he listened to my needs...not tell me all the upscale things I need like the others. He was great to work with all process from start through financing and install. The installer...So(?) was his name. He was also fantastic. We had an issue with the ac unit but him and Stephen explained it and had a new one to me the next morning. They were clean, cleaned up behind themselves and explained how to use correctly etc. Kept me informed the entire way. I would definitely recommend these guys and great job to them. There was a 2nd installer on day 2 but I forget his name. Everyone was fantastic start to finish! I had to replace my ac and furnace :( -

Stephen (Salesman) came to my home, took the time to gather all the necessary information, and gave me a very fair offer for the best system to suit my needs. From signing the paperwork through the installation, Stephen remained involved, professional, and polite every step of the way. The installation team were absolute rockstars - meticulous, professional, and clearly experts in their craft. If you're in the market for a new HVAC system or need your existing one serviced, I cannot recommend Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning enough. You won't be disappointed!
