2 months agoThe reason for the low rank is the cost of service. The service guy Ryan was quite great & helpful. I would suggest that they offer a better payment plan for initial service. Monthly maintenance is also a bit over budget for disabled low income people. I have NO complaints about the employees. They are great, it's just too expensive for an average Joe. -
