1 year agoI'm awful at names but a very kind woman and man came at perfect timing. My cat has been peeing for longer than I suspected. I was able to get a quote, make an appointment, and have a beautifully smelling room again all under 24 hours!!! Seriously no other place can compare to Big Red Flooring. The price was very reasonable. They were very kind and easy to get along with, while allowing strangers in my home has always been a struggle for me. I'm going to start working from home so I really couldn't stand the smell any longer! Thank you for restoring our carpet to it's original glory! I was able to do my normal functions while feeling comfortable enough for them to do their thang. I'll definitely tell everyone I can about this place. You guys are great! Thank you again! -
