5 months agoCheaper than papillion sanitation, and they actually pick up the recycling every week. They even take stuff I leave outside the bin. I don't own a truck so having a trash service that will take bigger stuff is very nice. -

6 months agoIf you need residential trash pickup, do NOT use this company. I've had multiple issues with their service, I prepaid for weekly service, and canceled after they never picked up my trash. Now they're refusing to refund my money!! When I called after the 3rd missed pickup, a Customer Service rep said a supervisor would be by to pickup. The next day customer service called saying the supervisor would not be by until Friday - 3 days AFTER the original scheduled date. I paid for 3 months weekly trash pickup and they bypassed my residence each week.. but my neighbor's was picked up. Customer Service provided a tote - a 96 Gallon tote. I explained to I live in the country, I'm 72 years old and a 96 gallon tote would be too big for me to SAFELY roll up/down my gravel driveway. She said I could provide my own trash can but they are not responsible for damages. On top of this, the tote was delivered 2 days AFTER the stated date (no explanation why) making it AFTER the first pickup date. Apparently Abe's Trash Service feel customers should pay the rate of 3 months service when a supervisor does their driver's job. Sorry but NO!! The rate for one pickup would be $5 not $60. All the frustration I'd been through for 6 weeks and lied to about continuous missed service, I should be refunded my whole payment. Telling me a temp driver did the route and missed but then the regular driver missed too, and she did not know why, I told her to cancel my account for LACK OF SERVICE and refund any difference. That was weeks ago. -

6 months agoCompany is trash. It's even right in their name! Snowstorm caused service to be cancelled (Kudos to keeping your drivers safe at least). But instead of bumping each day back for the next week (like Papillion Sanitation and Gretna Sanitation did) they decided to give the middle finger to all their Friday customers and skip them for the week. Household of 4 and we hosted Thanksgiving so we were full up the day it was supposed to be picked up. Will every Friday customer be getting a weeks credit on their next bill? I highly doubt it! I will finish out the quarter and promptly switch to Papillion or Gretna who know how to not screw over their customers.
