I called Ben for a small residential issue because a few receptacles were not working. He found the problem, explained it to me, and then corrected it. Better yet, he did not judge me for the fact that the source of the problem was my fault and I could have avoided it if I had called an electrician before doing my own home renovation! I will call Ben in the future whenever I have an electrical issue. Recommend highly. -
