4 months agoIsmael was my service tech and arrived right on time. He took the time to listen to my heating issue and once he found the problem, showed me what it was and promptly fixed it. He also explained the concept of the heat pump, thermostat and humidifier in a way that I could understand how it works. He also suggested what type of filter to use and made sure that my lights were turned off downstairs after completing the service. Give this guy a raise! I would also like to thank the office staff for getting me serviced the next day. My heat went down on one of the coldest Thursdays in December. I will highly recommend this company to others!
