15 years ago. My carpet is under warranty with the place I purchased it from. The gentleman that came out is actually someone that trains their technicians. I had to have him specifically. I have used Servpro in the past. I thought he was a lot more thorough and the carpet looked excellelent compared to other companies I have used in the past. I didn't have stains coming back up in the carpet. He was very professional.
