8 years agoIn preparation to begin renting out my newly remodeled basement, I contacted Jonathan at Pro Care, after my good friend and neighbor recommended them, specifically for difficult stains and pet impacted carpeting and rugs. Jonathan was very professional and accommodating over the phone; I called on a Monday hoping to get someone in to clean our carpets and rugs by the end of the week, and Jonathan made it happen, even though I got the sense they were booked through the end of the week. He arrived with his assistant Justin, and both were polite and professional in person. Prior to beginning, we walked through all carpeted spaces; Jonathan described the process in detail, including aftercare, then gave me an estimate/final invoice, which was very reasonable. They worked quickly, but very thoroughly, humoring my dog as she wandered around to watch what they were doing. After completion, Jonathan reviewed aftercare, and provided me with a free bottle of stain treatment for future incidents and plastic booties for our shoes to use while the carpets were drying. I wish I had taken a before pictures of the carpet so people could witness the amazing difference. They were able to turn parts of our carpets almost black from wear back to new and remove several difficult stains, leaving our 10 year old carpets looking pretty much new. We were very pleased with the affordable, high-quality work done by Pro Care and will definitely be working with the company again in the future.
