They are always so kind to my kids when they want to see the trash truck. One guy even picked my son up so he could push the button. Whenever we have extra trash they always take care of it. Truly I am so impressed by these guys! -

1 month agoI have a sign on my door that says no soliciting, but their rep ignored it and knocked anyway. I saw on my camera that he had a yellow vest on, so I thought he was with a utility. I came outside, asked if he was selling something. He said no, and then proceeded to try to sell me. He made it out like Husker Refuse is a small company, trying to compete with my current garbage company (Harms Refuse, who is wonderful). Yet Husker has thousands of reviews here. Please don't knock on doors when there's a sign that says no soliciting, and don't say you're not selling something when you are. -

2 months agoHad to call numerous times because they didn't pick up recycling. Had a rep stop by offering trash pick up at cheap price, he just started filling out the form and asking for payment info before I even agreed to service then got call from office wanting payment info so service could start. That was last straw. Called today to cancel service completely, said I was going with another company, didn't want their trash/recycle bundle, the person simply said "oh, okay" and hung up. Presumptuous sales folks, occasional pick up service and office folks with limited people skills. *since I can't respond to Husker's response, I will clarify this way......in the past 6 months phone calls have been placed at least 3-4 times in regards to no recycling pick up. I can't help it if office personnel don't make notations. -

2 months agoCustomer Service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go through anyone else. They didn't pick up my trash on multiple occasions and when called would say I'd have to wait until the next week saying my trash bins weren't out even though my ring camera shows otherwise. after complaining to them they "mistakenly" removed my trash and recycling and told me id have to wait a week to get them back, even after explaining I have a large family and dispose of a lot of diapers that I can't have just sitting around my house. They take no accountability even when faced with loads of proof and evidence of the contrary. Once they even tried to charge me near 40$ to come back and get my trash after they had drove right past it. So though they may seem lower on the price end, they are shady business who do whatever they can to put a little more money in their pockets.
