4 years agoI thought I had a pest scare! In all the years at this house, we have done a pretty good job keeping crawling friends outside. So when I saw a few unwanted friends a month ago and again just the other day, completely panicked! They weren't ones you wanted hanging out. Thought surely this isn't coincidence and this needs to be resolved now. I called ARROW PEST CONTROL who has sprayed one of my parents houses for years. He told me to send him a picture of what I saw and he would try to identify it. Then he let me know what sort of treatments he usually does, gave an estimate of each. Really knowledgeable and offered to come out right away. Sprayed around the house and as I watched him he was studying, looking, observing. Once he was complete, let me know where they possibly were getting in the house, didn't see any traces or signs of others, so he said he didn't recommend additional treatments, but if I saw anything to call. I will be using this company again if I need them. He was honest, informative, knowledgable, experienced, didn't push to make more money, truly cared! Highly recommend. He was amazing and was familiar with my parents in town too! -
