4 years agoHe was supposed to come back and replace my water heater and after 3 weeks of excuses, lies and putting people in front of me he backed out of the job. We have been without hot water for a month because of his irresponsible behavior. I also had to be the one to call him because he didn't care about me as a customer! -

9 years ago$52 Arrived promptly, was very professional and a nice guy. He told us the cost if it was the capacitor and we said go ahead, so he replaced the capacitor, but it still didn't work after installing new one, so he removed it and said it was the compressor that had gone out from the power surge. While we were talking I remembered that we had coverage thru Excel Energy Homesmart and told him I had forgot. He was great about it, and even in spite of all the work he had just done, he said since he couldn't fix it, he would only charge me half a trip charge which was like 52.50. I told him that if I get to choose who fixes it, I would definitely call and use him again. Turns out I get to do just that. So will definitely be calling him and using him again. I was super impressed even with just the short time he was at our home, and also impressed that he wasn't out to just take our money but understood the situation and truly wanted to do what was in our best interest. -
