3 months agoThe first time I called them for AC repair in the summer and they were quick, repaired properly, and the service tech was great. They demanded payment that day, and that was fine. I called back yesterday (January 6th) for heater repair, and was told I didn't pay my bill in full, and they wouldn't help me until it was paid. I sent them the bank statement showing proof of payment, and they still wouldn't accept it as proof until someone found it on their end. The owner told me that if he found proof of payment, he would work with me on payment for the heater repair. (I asked for 10 days.) I called them at noon the next day, and got a rude woman who was "sorry about that missed payment" and annoyed that I still wanted heat repairs. The owner got on the line and demanded "at least half of the money upfront to prove I had some funds available." I hung up on him and called someone else. They clearly only care about money and not customers. -

10 months agoIn late June, I came home from vacation at 11pm on a Sunday night to find my A/C unit wasn't working. I called K-T first thing Monday morning and they had a technician at my house by early afternoon. He found a bad fuse that I was unable to find, topped off the freon, and he gave the rest of the system a check. Reasonably priced and quick service. No complaints. -
