Someone came, and issue was resolved later that afternoon. He was friendly, professional, explained the issue and the resolution. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The person that my family member has spoke with has not been overly friendly and kinda rude. He wanted to support local business. Now wish he had gone to Menards or Ken's appliance. -

1 year agoWe lost our HVAC during a storm over Memorial weekend. After loaning us a portable A/C unit, Steve did the repairs and salvaged our whole system last night after 7:00pm! 1 year agoCould not have had a worse experience. Waited over a week just for a technician to come out for our broken appliance and they did not bring any equipment to even test the broken appliance and basically said "yeap it's broken". They then left and called later saying they wouldn't fix it. They had all the details of the appliance and the situation before they came out so we are beyond frustrated.
