3 years agoMy experience with ServPro was horrible. First there is a $250 assessment fee just to assess the issue. The communication was horrible. Equipment left at my house for days on end. My signature was forged for "satisfactory/completion of the job". The goal was to dry out subfloor after a leak. After no communication, no authorization, and a job being incomplete I received a significant bill. Horrible experience, and a company with very little integrity. To me, forging a customers signature and not completing a job is fraudulent. Would definitely not recommend this company.
