1 year agoI had an appointment to have our furnace looked at.After no one showed. Nor anybody calling to let me know that no one was coming. I called the next morning to see why. Right off the bat the owner wife was super rude to me.she wouldn't listen to me. All she would say is it's my falt.. And then to not say sorry it was a accident how can I fix it. It was nothing like that. Then to hang up on me. Wow I really did like Ellers. I even worked there.i just cant believe she talked to me like that. And thought its ok . And then to hear she is the owner is just crazy. Well I guess its time to find a new place to go. Thats to bad. Because besides her there is a couple great service guys there. -

3 years agoCalled about 4:45 pm on Friday, they were here by 6pm changed a part on the aircon unit and the store is cooling off now, it's 6:15pm. When it's high 90 degree weather this is the kind of service a person really appreciates! -
