With Josh, who did our quote, he provided detailed breakdowns of our options and was a treat to chat with. Terry and his crew when they arrived the next day were courteous of our house and provided a few more technical options on the spot to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. In the end we paid what we were quoted and are happy with the work that was done. These folks care about doing it right! Theyre a local company and pick good techs to do the job. -

4 weeks agoApollo was quick to visit and easy to schedule. I found the account representatives to be honest and trustworthy. He didn't try to "sell" us anything beyond our needs or means. The install team for our replacement team was exceptional. They sent out a full team of four technicians that worked tirelessly into the early evening to get our system up and running. Courteous, thoughtful and hardworking. High praise for a job well done and done quickly. Apollo sent one of there technicians, Tristan, to follow up on the install. Their administrative staff is very good with follow up. He did a full work up to make sure the system is working properly. He made a few tweaks and all is working well. Great Lennox system and great staff at install and follow up. -
